We will process information about you in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement, based on the following legal bases: (a) to fulfill our legal obligations, data indicated in the Labor Code (including contact details, education, professional experience, qualifications) or in other legal provisions (as required in the recruitment announcement) - see in this respect, art. 22 1 §1 f the Labor Code; (b) based on your consent (e.g. your image, interests) in the scope of data not indicated in Art. 22 1 of the Labor Code and which you provide to us voluntarily (by including it in the recruitment documents - we will treat the inclusion of this information as your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time); (c) as part of future recruitment - if you give us your explicit consent in this respect; (d) to take steps at your request before concluding a contract (e.g. information about expected remuneration and your availability to start work); (e) based on our legitimate interest (e.g. your e-mail address, which is necessary for your identification on the Traffit form ). In the case of people whom we will recruit under B2B contracts and on other legal bases, we will apply the above principles accordingly (including consent to future recruitment). Providing personal data specified in legal provisions, necessary to take action at your request before concluding a contract or necessary in our legitimate interest, is obligatory to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary. You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy, rectifying the data, requesting its deletion, limiting processing, objecting to the processing and transferring the data provided (to which you have consented or we process it at your request before concluding the contract) to another administrator data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. If we process your personal data based on consent, its expression is always voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We process your personal data in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt, and in the event of consent to future recruitment, also for a further period of 12 months. We may disclose your personal data to job advertisement publishing service providers, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers (hosting), and IT system providers.
